Return Policy
Not satisfied with your Leather Card Holder Wallet? No problem. You have 5 days from the date of purchase to request a return. After that, we won’t be able to process any return requests.
To qualify for a refund:
● The wallet must be unused and in its original condition.
● You’ll need to provide clear photo or video proof showing any manufacturing defect.
We do not require you to ship the wallet back. If your refund is approved, we’ll process it without needing the product returned.
Non-returnable items include:
● Gift cards
● Discounted or special sale items
Refunds
Once we receive and review your refund request (with supporting photo/video proof), we’ll notify you by email regarding the approval status.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and the amount will be automatically returned to your original payment method within a few business days.
Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)
Haven’t seen your refund yet? Here’s what to do:
1. Double-check your bank account.
2. Contact your credit card provider. Sometimes, refunds take a few days to show up.
3. Reach out to your bank, as some processing times can vary.
If you’ve done all of the above and still haven’t received your refund, feel free to contact us.
Sale Items (if applicable)
Only regular-priced wallets are eligible for refunds. Sales and discounted items are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges. If your wallet is defective or damaged, please follow the refund process above with photo or video proof, and we’ll take it from there.
Gifts
If the wallet was marked as a gift and sent directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your refund. Once approved, we’ll email you a digital gift certificate.
If the gift wasn’t shipped directly to you (e.g., the buyer gave it to you later), the refund will go back to the original purchaser.
